Step 1: Find Your Underbust Measurement

Ask a friend to help measure, or stand in front of a mirror.
Relax your arms by your sides.
Wrap a measuring tape snugly around your ribcage, just below your bust.
Make sure the tape is straight and level all the way around.
It's best to do this without a bra, or with a strapless, unpadded bra (make sure the tape isn't measuring over the bra itself).
This measurement is your UNDERBUST size.

Step 2: Find Your Bust Measurement

Put on a strapless, unpadded bra.
Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust (usually over your nipples).
Hold the tape firm but not too tight, making sure it's straight across your back and parallel to the floor.
This measurement is your BUST size.

These are very comfortable! The fabric is soft and silky. Since I prefer a looser fit, I sized up and got a large instead of my usual medium. They fit perfectly! If you typically wear a large, the leg bands might feel a little snug, but for me, they are just right.
