Step 1: Find Your Underbust Measurement

Ask a friend to help measure, or stand in front of a mirror.
Relax your arms by your sides.
Wrap a measuring tape snugly around your ribcage, just below your bust.
Make sure the tape is straight and level all the way around.
It's best to do this without a bra, or with a strapless, unpadded bra (make sure the tape isn't measuring over the bra itself).
This measurement is your UNDERBUST size.

Step 2: Find Your Bust Measurement

Put on a strapless, unpadded bra.
Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust (usually over your nipples).
Hold the tape firm but not too tight, making sure it's straight across your back and parallel to the floor.
This measurement is your BUST size.

The fabric feels soft against the skin but is sturdy enough to provide support, without hurting you: I slept on it for weeks during my recovery time without any problems. If you want to wear a sports bra all day but don’t want to feel restricted, this bra is the one to wear. I could sleep in it if I had to because it’s that comfortable. I wouldn’t wear it working out because I wear around a 36DDD and need more support. But for working from home, it’s great. I’m actually buying one in a smaller size (L) because this one is a touch loose. But that could be my muscles getting tighter from working out. Who knows!
